also, do you have adb access to your phone, if so, it would be good to have the output of "adb shell mc-tool dump"?
If not, you can install the terminal app from the ubuntu store and run "mc-tool dump" from there.

  When someone send me a SMS or MMS, I always receive it twice and
  sometimes for the MMS is 10 times.
