  [FFe] Settings page in the browser application

  Fix Released

Bug description:
  This bug is to request a feature freeze exception in order to land the
  work done to add a settings page to webbrowser-app.

  It adds a "Settings" entry to the drawer menu in the chrome, which
  opens a separate page.
