I also tried the instructions Ju commented but failed. Maybe because my
university requires a certificate file that, either, I did not install
or did not set the path properly in the settings file. My university
uses WPA2-AES, TTLS and PAP along username, password and the mentioned
certificate.

Bug description:
  I cannot connect to a wireless network that uses enterprise WPA (which
  asks not only for a password but also for a username) on a Touch
  device.

  It seems like there is just no GUI implemented to handle that, as
  nothing happens when I ty to connect.
