I would suggest raising the importance of this bug. It also happens if
the application is rotated while the action selector popup is opened:

- Open gallery in portrait mode
- Tap on a photo
- Tap on the action selector on the top right corner
- Rotate to landscape

This affects not only Gallery, but any other application. The browser is
not affected, but only because it's using OrientationHelper in a strange
way (and it's not using a MainView).
