  [Greeter] on N10 pin & password do not unlock greeter

Bug description:
  testing image #191

  if selecting either pin/passphrase on N10 in the welcome wizard prompt
  entering the pin/phrase into the greeter prompt results in nothing happening
  only selecting swipe is functional
