Title:
  white dash for more than 10 seconds when unlocking the device after
  booting

Status in unity8 package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  The first time the dash is displayed after booting a device a white page is displayed for 10 second before the dash is rendered. 
  Running 'top' on the device during that time shows that unity8-dash and kswapd0 are top on the list.

  
  TEST CASE:
  1. Reboot the phone
  2. Once booted, unlock the greeter and enter your passcode

  EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR
  Dash is displayed quickly

  ACTUAL BEHAVIOUR
  There is a white page for more than 10 seconds (up to 13 seconds on a stop watch) then the dash is displayed.
