  When using Launcher keynav to open the BFB Quicklist and selecting a
  scope to open does not open the Dash until you use the mouse right click
  Quicklist navigation.  Once you use the mouse right click, then keynav
  works as expected.

+ 1. Start a fresh instance of Unity.
+ 2. *Do not* move the mouse into the BFB, ie Home, icon.
+ 3. Start Launcher keynav by pressing Alt-F1.
+ 4. Arrow to the right to open the BFB Quicklist.
+ 5. Select any Scope to open.
+ 
+ Expected results:
+ The selected Scope will open in the Dash.
+ 
+ Actual results:
+ The Dash does not open.

  When using Launcher keynav to open the BFB Quicklist and selecting a

  keynav works as expected.
