  When in Quicklist keynav, using left arrow to exit Quicklist should
  enter Launcher keynav

Bug description:
  When using the arrow keys to navigate a Quicklist and using the left
  arrow key to exit the Quicklist, Launcher keynav should activate and
  on the icon for which the Quicklist was active.
