  While in Launcher keynav, icon Spread does not work as expected

Bug description:
  While in Launcher keynav mode, if an icon has multiple windows open
  and one of the windows was last focused, clicking on the icon does not
  bring up the application Spread, it only focuses the window.

  The expected behavior would be to open the application Spread if it
  was the last focused window.
