This issue affects any scopes that the click version is upgraded and has
previously being pavourited, not just today scope. Marking it invalid
for the today scope

Bug description:
  Using retail bq e4.5
  Saw an update for Today scope in the store today, so updated.
  After the Today scope was updated, I can no longer see the Today scope on my phone. 

  * No today scope running
  * No today scope listed from bottom edge.
