Title:
Event notifications are not persistent
Status in Calendar application for Ubuntu devices:
New
Status in indicator-datetime package in Ubuntu:
Confirmed
Bug description:
On Aquaris, r20. When a notification for a calendar event is
triggered, there appears a notification bubble and a sound is played.
But in case you miss that, there is no sign that there was a
notification. I think one should have to actively dismiss calendar
notifications. So there should be some kind of visible cue that there
was a notification and where to get information about it. E.g., the
indicator icon could get a different color, and the unseen event
notification could also be highlighted.
