Title:
Apport already 40min in root mode uses all CPU
Status in apport package in Ubuntu:
Invalid
Bug description:
Binary package hint: apport
maybe i needed to do that without sudo -i to backtrace Xorg freezing on other user. Not user root but who is also root.
usually apport is in my processes first time its in root.
what i did different then ussually is
In tty1 i logged in and put
sudo -i
gdb -p $(pidof X) -batch -ex 'handle all nostop' -ex 'handle all pass' -ex 'handle 11 stop' -ex 'cont' -ex 'bt full' -ex 'cont' > Xorgcrash.txt 2>&1
maybe then couse it runs in root gdb has made apport to run in root?
but gdb still working. it hasnt crashed.
