  aveces se pone lenta y cuando arranca la tengo que encender 2 veces

Bug description:
  yo instale Ubuntu 13.10 y con el tiempo se atoinstalo ubuntu 14.4., y
  desde ese momento cuesta mucho arrancarla., es decir hay que
  arrancarla lugo apagarla y volverla a arrancar para que se inicie., mi
  computadora tiene dos sistemas operativo., en un mismo disco de 500
  gigas estan particionado en la mitad., por un lado esta Ubuntu 14.4  y
  por el otro Windows 7.,  y tengo otro disco de 500g libre., ubuntu
  aveces se pone lento aunque hace poco le agregue memoria ram., no se
  cual sera el problema aqui., si me pueden ayudar se los voy a
  agradecer.
