Title:
location service using too much memory

Status in location-service package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
Below is a `ps aux` output showing the amount of memory being used by
the location service. I captured this after a couple of Unity8
crashes, but I don't know if this was the cause of the crash, an
effect of it, or completely unrelated.
