I cannot reproduce the issue and the test suite is green under valgrind.
Marking as incomplete.

  I ran https://raw.github.com/pixelb/ps_mem/master/ps_mem.py every 5
  mins and noticed ubuntu-location-serviced memory use climbing at
  around 0.5MiB/minute.
