[Bug 1447986] Re: seed openvpn
Is this functionality that we want on the phone for its own sake as a
product, or only because of the current testing requirements? Do we
risk adding this as a temporary workaround for internal development
purposes, only to have users come to depend on it and objecting when we
go to remove it again?

Bug description:
For testing purpose the device needs resources accessible via a VPN.
There is no way to do it without tainting the device, or using an
access point which already have a VPN up.
Could you please add openvpn by default on the devices.
