[Bug 1449188] Re: White bar when playing video fullscreen

 

More data: if I rotate the device to landscape, there’s no white bar.
Rotating back to portrait restores the white bar though, it doesn’t
"fix" the issue.

Also, if I trigger the fullscreen action while in landscape and then
rotate to portrait, the white bar takes almost the entire bottom-half of
the screen (see attached screenshot).

Bug description:
  How to reproduce:

  1) Open Youtube in the webbrowser-app.
  2) Start a video and switch to fullscreen mode.

  What happens:

  A white (and on some other sites black) bar is shown at the bottom of the screen on top of the video.
