  Program switcher freeze when using three touch program switching  in
  touchpad

Bug description:
  open some random apps.
  now using touchpad attempt to perform task similar to alt+tab.(three touch twice and drag)
  now instead of moving the fingers on second touch hold them until alt+tab window appears and release it.
  the alt+tab window switcher persists even after releasing and is impossibe to remove
  it dissappears after several seconds but is annoying nontheless.
