Title:
Wrong version format of ca-certificates package in Vivid - need manual
  actions after upgrade from Utopic

Status in One Hundred Papercuts:
  Invalid
Status in ca-certificates package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  I have upgraded from 14.10 to 15.04.
After upgrade I had ca-certificates package in "Installed (local or obsolete)" Status section in synaptic.
So this package was not automatically upgraded on upgrade from 14.10 to 15.04.

Apt-cache policy said that installed version (from 14.10) is the most
recent version, but this package is absolete.

     apt-cache policy ca-certificates
     ca-certificates:
       Installed: 20141019ubuntu0.14.10.1
       Candidate: 20141019ubuntu0.14.10.1
       Version table:
      *** 20141019ubuntu0.14.10.1 0
             100 /var/lib/dpkg/status
          20141019 0
             500 http://ru.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ vivid/main i386 Packages

Please adjust ca-certificates version in Vivid for fast automatic
  upgrade.
