  the "to" section for typing or contact selection is not displayed when
  rotated

Status in messaging-app package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  image#199 on n4

  1) launch msg app, start a new text, begin message
  2) rotate the device to keep typing

  expected to be able to choose/indicate recipient in rotated state, but
  actual result is it's not displayed
