Bug description:
  This bug is related to this one: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu-
  ux/+bug/1376240

  While pressing the power button does silence the call but this interaction switches off the screen too.
  It can look strange for users because it is not clear if the call was just silenced or completely dismissed.

  UX desired solution:

  - 1st press of power button silences the call
  - 2nd press shuts off device screen
