  Search doesn't work for photos scope for images on internal stograge

Status in unity-scopes-shell package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
  Steps To reproduce:

  1. Copy some image files on device under /phablet/home/Pictures and remember the file names
  2. Navigate to Photos scope
  3. Search for the image name copied on internal storage

  Observe that search doesn't return the result for internal storage.
