Steps to reproduce:
 * Open browser
 * Go to http://community.ubuntu.com/
 * Try and select some of the paragraphs of text

Expected result
 - the light blue text selection box is drawn around the paragraphs selected

Actual result:
 - box in wrong place
 - copying the text and pasting someone confirms that the text selected does not match the highlighted area
