Bug description:

  - Open camera app, select video, record a video
  - Navigate to gallery app to play back the recorded video
  - Tap on icon for video. Screen opens to 'play' button with circle-spinner
  - tap play icon. handoff to media player occurs
  - screen is blank

  expected result:

  - video plays back
