  Dialer crashes when a new contact is added through it

Status in Dialer app for Ubuntu Touch:
  Fix Released
Status in history-service package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  1. Open dialer app
  2. type in a contact number
  3. tap the 'add to contact' button near the number entry
  4. When contacts app opens, enter a name for the contact and save

  What happens:
  Contacts app closes and we are brought back to dialer-app in a hanged state, it eventually crashes.
