Bug description:
i am stunned by the results of my current update. during final update
install, the screen disappeared, and i was kept in darkness for while.
So i have shut down my windows accidentally , the installation process
was not complete .after booting , attempted the remaining install
under recovery window. then rebooted system, and an amazing desktop
opened before me. The style was awesome, i have no words enough to
tell the beauty. I tried on net and after visiting a few web pages,
get back to desktop. The web pages visited seem to be excellent for
view, with no abnormalities and seemed smart. Next i went for option
local language setting , to my surprise my network error d. suddenly
crash report messages reported 3 times in succession. That is all I
  know about the subject.
