Bug description:
  I was having libgtk2.0-0 issues after installing 11.10 Beta2 on
  another partition. After removing and replacing libgtk2.0-0 from
  command and booting into recovery I tried to run the update manager
  and got this error. If you need any additional information let me know
  and I will do what I can.
