biarch-compat.conf misses mesa path

Bug description:
32 bit app filed to start on 64 bit platform. Reason: can't find libGL.so.1 located in /usr/lib32/mesa/.
after i added this path to /etc/ld.so.conf.d/biarch-compat.conf, app started to work.
