So basically it's "some" and also is defined as "background scheme URIs"
so it kind of means foregroundColor would not be using "background
scheme URIs" because of the name?

Bug description:
  Creating a scope, I noticed that the color:/// uri notation only works
  for PageHeader.Background, but it doesn't work for
  PageHeader.ForegroundColor or PageHeader.DividerColor.
