Bug description:
  - When scrolling a flickable with a slider, the slider can be
  activated by accident

  Recommended solution:
  Have 2 separate events
  1) Tap and Release (not just tap) to change the value in the slider
  2) Tap and Drag (Y axis) to keep dragging the flickable
