  .service files vanished

Status in systemd package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Some `.service` files in `/lib/systemd/system/` vanished after reboot,
  some belong to `apt` packages (e.g. `deluged.service` installed  by
  `deluged` and `dnsmasq.service` installed by `dnsmasq`, some have been
  written by me).
