Status in Calendar application for Ubuntu devices:
  Confirmed
Status in indicator-datetime package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Aquaris, build 20. An audio alert from Calendar this morning but no
  accompanying text notification, no events shown in Today scope and no
  notification in top menu or in the 'circle'. Left wondering at first
  what the harp sound meant. Sound was at the exact time of the
  appointment. Fortunately I was there on time !
