[Bug 1450224] Re: Ubuntu 15.04: Boot with systemd stops asking for cryptoswap password

After some time recovery shell is appeared.
Here you can type `exit` or ctrl-D and password prompt appears! type password and boot process continues.
Seems password entry program (plymouth) can't communicate with tty or whatever and exited by timeout on normal systemd boot.
There are some plymouth timeout in `journalctl -xb`

- booting stops; system don't boot
