  edges intro bottom edge step can't be activated on left side

Bug description:
  In the edges intro, the step explaining the bottom edge swipe cannot
  be activated when swiping on the left side. Seem the "Skip intro"
  mouse area is covering the drag handle. You can only get past that
  step when swiping next to that label.
