[Bug 1456241] Re: AP failure: unity.tests.test_panel.PanelGrabAreaTests.test_lower_the_maximized_window_works
After some investigation, this is due to gsettings-desktop-schemas
changing the default of org.gnome.desktop.wm.preferences action-middle-
click-titlebar to "none" whereas it used to be "lower".
We need to either distro patch gsettings-desktop-schemas to set the
default to lower, have Unity do something to set it, or decide to leave
it as none and remove the AP test.

Recently, an AP test has started failing consistently:
unity.tests.test_panel.PanelGrabAreaTests.test_lower_the_maximized_window_works
Need to investigate if a regression has been introduced or if the test
needs to be updated to work with a new behavior.
