Bug description:
  I want my phone to save power, so the screen should go black fast but
  I don't want to enter my password every two minutes when working with
  some notes that I wrote on my phone. So it should be possible to set
  the timeout for swithing off the screen and for locking it sperately -
  like on the desktop version.
