  [Phone call] When accepting a call, call panel takes at least 10s to
  appear

Status in dialer-app package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  I have a BQ phone with the devel-proposed channel.

  When someone calls you and you accept the call, there is 10s where
  nothing happens. Call panel is loading and no sounds comes.

  Should be great to reduce this time
