  5.4.1+dfsg-4ubuntu1 causes dependencies to complain about the -fPIC
  required for reduce-relocations

Status in qtbase-opensource-src package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
  Causes autopkgtests to fail. So the enabling of patches is not
  currently good for us because we need to actually keep -fPIC out of
  ARM builds and keep -fPIE enabled there.
