Title:
Can't dial '92#' service number
Status in dialer-app package in Ubuntu:
Triaged
Bug description:
Using rtm-17 in french locale (in case that makes a difference). I'm a
prepaid sim which instructs to call '92#' for services, or I can't
enter a '#' from the dialpad (the char is there but not displayed on
screen/added to the number when I tap on the key)
