Bug description:
I discovered today that contacts are not always shown in the correct
order. I'm not sure what exact conditions trigger the sorting error,
but the steps I used to cause it worked twice out of two tries:

  - Flash the latest image. I used krillin rtm 58.
  - Open Contacts.
  - Add a new contact named 'Foo Bar'. Save, then re-open it to add a picture from the gallery.
  - Add a new contact named 'Baz Quux'. Save, then re-open it to add a picture from the camera.
  - Add a new contact named 'Spider Man'. Save, then re-open it to add a picture from the gallery.
  - Add a new contact named 'Fone Broke' (or anything else with F* B*). Save.
  - Return to the contact list main view.
  - Either tap 'Favorites' then 'All', or close the contacts app and re-open it.

Actual result: Contacts are sorted in the wrong order, with two 'F'
  sections. Screenshot attached.

Expected result: Contacts are sorted in alphabetic order, with only
one section for each first letter.

Also note that the display is correct until after closing and
reopening, or switching to another view and back.

The contact pictures are probably not necessary, but I haven't
verified that. I found this while trying to reproduce a different bug
  related to adding pictures.
