Well, if Ubuntu forces me to use their illogical window setup, that's
one step too far.  Because of this, I will uninstall Ubuntu and go back
to LXDE again, which I used before to my great satisfactory!

Bug description:
  As mentioned earlier the two key functions of Unity Tweak Tool are not
  working .

  1.Windows Control/ Allignment from left to right .
  2.Show menu button.
