[Bug 1458235] Re: Allow users to set arbitrary location for scopes.
I'd really like to see this as I don't like giving apps/scopes access to
my current location via GPS. Therefore, I cannot use any location based
scopes.
However, it may even be useful even if you do give them access. Here are
some examples
1) Checking for the weather in your home town using the weather scope while you're in another city
2) Checking for points of interest using the Nearby scope while you are still on the train
