Bug description:
  eg, 
  cmake .. -DMIR_PLATFORM=mesa

  gives:
  CMake Error at cmake/ABICheck.cmake:58 (get_property):
    get_property could not find TARGET mirclientplatformandroid.  Perhaps it
    has not yet been created.
