Title:
  Messaging indicator doesn't turn green or blue on new messages

Status in indicator-messages package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  The messanging indicator no longer indicates that new messages are available. The icon stays the same and it no longer changes color.
  The blue led is still blue, but to me that's actually very confusing as it contradicts the indicator.
