[Bug 1461120] Re: [NetworkManager 0-9-9....] Works, become slow, disconnect and does't reconnect with RT2561/RT61 rev B 802.11g

  Reproduced in Vivid and Wily.
  It start working, become slow, disconnect and won't rescan, always have to do :
  
  sudo service network-manager stop
  sudo service network-manager start
  
  but not always it works.
- Latest version network-manager_1.0.2-2_amd64.deb from Debian SID fix the issue.
+ Latest version, network-manager_1.0.2-2_amd64.deb from Debian SID, fix the issue but to have it working have to install libteamdctl0 and upgrade libnm-glib-vpn1, libnm0.

Bug description:
  Reproduced in Vivid and Wily.
