  ubuntu-app-launch fails to install trying to access cache folder of
  another user

Bug description:
  I'm experiencing problems updating my system. The exact issue can be
  narrowed down to the ubuntu-app-launch package failing to configure
  because it tries to access the cache folder of another user.
