Bug description:
  Test case.
  - Go to Apps scope
  - Open Ubuntu Store.
  - Open the Launcher.

  Expected result.
  - Ubuntu Store remains opened.

  Actual result.
  - Scope goes to home (Today).

  Tested in Vivid and Wily.
