[Bug 1440065] Re: [Address book] Contacts with accent on first letter are not ordered properly

** Tags added: usability

** Description changed:

My contact list is a bit strange when it comes to the "E" letter. I have
six different categories, three "E"s and three "É"s. Also, when I search
for a contact, "E" and "É" are not the same, which is inconvenient.

My contacts come from two Google accounts but it does not seem to be the
problem, since contacts from both accounts may appear under one "E"
  occurrence.

This is on the retail bq phone, r20, French locale.

+
+ My recommendation is not to create new sections for the accent letters but accommodate them under their parent letter. This would mean:
+ - "É," is in the "E" section, "Ç" is under the "C", "Å" is under the "A" section and so on.
