  modal dialogs are rotated but not resized

Bug description:
  Observed on krillin running the latest vivid-proposed image (#121).

  Steps to reproduce, on a device:

   1) browse to http://www.w3schools.com/jsref/tryit.asp?filename=tryjsref_alert
   2) tap the "Try it" button
   3) wait for the modal dialog to appear
   4) rotate the device in landscape orientation

  Expected result: the dialog is rotated and resized to follow the
  orientation

  Current result: the dialog is rotated but not resized (see attached
  screenshot)
