lucid has seen the end of its life and is no longer receiving any
updates. Marking the lucid task for this ticket as "Won't Fix".

It looks like there has ben a similar problem with clamav (bug
#360919)
Right now I have just denied dovecot the access as described in the
clamav bug.
This is on Ubuntu 10.04 server
